These Terms apply to ar-15free.com, the AR-15 offer described below, and the AllSolar Energy text messaging program, provided by AllSolar Energy, Inc. ("AllSolar," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed contractor (CVC056660) at 4205 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771.
The offer
This is a gift with a qualifying purchase. It is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, lottery, or game of chance. There is no random drawing and no element of chance. Every customer who completes a qualifying purchase and installation and meets the eligibility and legal requirements below receives the offer.
With every new solar and battery system purchased from and professionally installed by AllSolar Energy during the offer period, the customer receives a gift certificate redeemable at a licensed firearms dealer (a Federal Firearms Licensee, or "FFL") toward a new AR-15 style rifle, or another legally permitted item of equal or lesser value. AllSolar Energy does not sell, deliver, or transfer any firearm; all firearm transfers are handled solely by the FFL.
Offer period
Valid on new solar and battery systems purchased on or before July 4, 2027. The specific make, model, and certificate value are provided at the time of installation. AllSolar Energy may modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time. Void where prohibited by law.
Who qualifies
- Own a home in one of the eligible Florida counties: Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Hillsborough, Polk, Sumter, Marion, Lake, Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Brevard, or Flagler.
- Be at least 21 years old. Under Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 790.065(13)), a person must be 21 to purchase or take possession of any firearm, including a rifle.
- Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, and a Florida resident.
- Not be prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm under any federal, state, or local law.
- Purchase and complete installation of a new solar and battery system by AllSolar Energy during the offer period.
Firearm transfer, background check, and waiting period
- The certificate is redeemable only through AllSolar Energy's designated FFL. The recipient must appear in person, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check before any firearm is transferred, as required by federal law.
- Delivery is subject to Florida's mandatory waiting period (Fla. Stat. § 790.0655): three days, excluding weekends and legal holidays, or until the background check is complete, whichever is later, unless a statutory exception applies (for example, a valid Florida concealed weapon license, or an applicable hunter-safety exemption).
- The recipient must acquire the firearm for their own use. Acquiring a firearm on behalf of another person (a "straw purchase") is a federal crime and is prohibited.
- If the recipient is denied or is otherwise unable to lawfully take possession of a firearm, the certificate may be applied toward another eligible, legally permitted item at the FFL of equal or lesser value. The certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The fine print
- One certificate per qualifying installation and household. Non-transferable.
- The recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes, FFL transfer fees, background-check fees, and any difference in price above the certificate value.
- This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Because it involves no element of chance, it is not a "game promotion" under Fla. Stat. § 849.094. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any firearm manufacturer.

AllSolar Energy sends messages about your quote, this offer, and home energy savings to customers who opt in.
